5.1. Training Needs

Personnel hired to maintain the system would require training in Dreamweaver software, available from many free locations. Only one employee would need this.
Customers using the system would not require any additional training and would be able to use the system with a basic computer ability.

5.2. Conversion Method Required

The Conversion Method chosen will be Direct conversion. This has been determined as there is no system already in place thereby eliminating the need for parallel conversion. The website is easy to use and simple, eliminating possible advantages of a phased introduction. There website has already been presented to a control group to determine it's viability, eliminating the advantages of a pilot introduction.

This test is to ensure that the website is compatible for most commonly used browsers.
